In my testing, the utility worked flawlessly. I used the app to burn an ISO file to a USB stick. It immediately completed the given task, without slowing down the performance of my system in the process.
The only thing I'd change about this application would be to add a built-in help manual. For instance, I didn't understand what the "Manage drives in WinPE" option meant; so, I didn't use it in my testing. However, if you're familiar with this type of Windows programs, you will probably have no difficulties configuring the app's settings according to your needs.
All in all, ISO2Disc provides you with a great solution for burning ISO files to CDs, DVDs or USB sticks. It's efficient, works 100%, and comes without a price.
